In responding to the pressing need of high skill workforce, ETCOTA must ensure that no one is left behind. ETCOTA must help span the growing digital divide.

The Miami-Dade Community College has traditionally reached out to the under-represented communities on the InternetCoast: to the economically disadvantaged, to minority groups, to women, and to others who have not been able to fully take advantage of the new economy; to fully realize the American dream.
