The Internet Coast hosts the Technology Access Conference at ETCOTA.

September 20
ETCOTA Board of Directors meets in full operational ETCOTA conference room and facility

September 18
ETCOTA plays host to MIT Club of South Florida with live satellite broadcast of Professor Lester Thurow.

September 5
Miami-Dade County Mayor Alex Penelas welcomes 100 county managers and commissioners in ETCOTA auditorium.

August 26
Fall term opens. ETCOTA is fully operational with over 100 different classes being held, utilizing state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment.  Adjunct faculty meeting inaugurates auditorium with over 100 staff and guests in attendance.

June 24
First student classes to be held at start of Summer B term

June 21
College wide Technology Committee to hold monthly meeting in ETCOTA

June 3
Computer Information Systems/Design Technology staff moves their offices into ETCOTA administrative area

May 23
370 new computers "imagined" and setup in ETCOTA

MIT Club has satellite download broadcast sponsored by ETCOTA

ETCOTA Board of Directors has first working meeting in ETCOTA

Turner construction completes interior work on ETCOTA

Ground Breaking of ETCOTA performed with Governor Jeb Bush and MDCC President Eduardo Padron

State of Florida added $2.1 Million to the ETCOTA Project

Feb. 1
State of Florida approved $5.8 Million for ETCOTA
